Claire is an Associate in the Litigation Practice. Her experience includes mass tort and products liability litigation, trade secret litigation, consumer financial services litigation, employment disputes, and general civil litigation.

Prior to joining Mintz Levin, she worked as a Litigation Associate at a prominent United States-based law firm. There, she first-chaired a four-day JAMS arbitration involving a commercial lease dispute; deposed and cross-examined witnesses; argued a motion to compel arbitration in California Superior Court; and drafted successful oppositions to class certification and dispositive motions.

During her time at the University of California Davis School of Law, she served as the Senior Symposium Editor on the UC Davis Law Review and as a Publicity Chair on the Moot Court Board. Claire also served as an extern for Justice Kathleen Butz of the California Court of Appeal, Third Appellate District. Before law school, Claire taught first and third grades in Tulsa, Oklahoma as a Teach for America Corps Member.
