Liz provides clients ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies with comprehensive business immigration solutions. She has worked with clients in a variety of industries, including environmental, dental, life sciences and diagnostics, industrial technologies, professional instrumentation, news media, communications, information technology, insurance, retail and apparel, automotive manufacturing, and consumer products manufacturing.
Prior to joining Mintz Levin, Liz was an attorney in the Boston office of a large international law firm. Her experience includes preparing and filing nonimmigrant and immigrant petitions with the US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) for alien workers, as well as preparing individuals for the visa application process at various US embassies, consulates, and ports-of-entry.
Liz has particular experience advising on matters relating to Individual and Blanket L-1A and L-1B, E-2, H-1B, E-3, TN, and I visa categories. She also has substantial experience with a variety of labor matters regarding authorized employment of foreign workers, the Labor Certification process, and securing lawful permanent resident status.
