Gabriel works with commercial real estate, health care, technology, and energy clients in the acquisition, leasing, sale, and development of properties, and has assisted commercial lenders in the financing of office and multifamily projects.

Gabriel is a LEED Accredited Professional and edits the firm’s Green Building Newsletter.

Gabriel serves as a board member on the GLOW Foundation, which works with school districts, universities, and nonprofits to provide financial literacy tools and funding for low income and immigrant students aspiring to attend and graduate from college.

  • Represented landlord in negotiation of 1,000,000 square foot rooftop lease to solar developer
  • Negotiated a long-term ground lease on behalf of a property owner in connection with the sale of natural gas-fired power plant
  • Represented a skilled nursing facility in $25 million and $40 million multisite sale and leasebacks
  • Negotiated a long-term lease of a 60,000-square-foot pharmaceutical research, development, and manufacturing facility
  • Negotiated ground leases and operating leases on behalf of a hospital in connection with a joint venture to construct a new facility
  • Negotiated acquisition documents in connection with the purchase of air rights to develop a 135,000-square-foot residential and commercial building in Cambridge, Massachusetts
