Hannah’s practice involves general corporate and securities law matters, representing both private and public companies. She is also part of the firm’s Energy & Sustainability Practice, which has completed more than 500 transactions across energy sectors totaling over $7.5 billion since 2006. Serving more than 250 clients, spanning the ecosystem from emerging companies to large corporations, venture capital and private equity funds, investment banks, project developers, and family offices, the firm is recognized nationally as a leading law firm in the space.

Prior to joining Mintz Levin, Hannah studied renewable energy policy in Berlin, Germany as a Fulbright Scholar. In Germany she examined environmental policy in pioneer countries as a research fellow in the Environmental Policy Research Centre (FFU) at the Freie Universität. Hannah was also a Transatlantic Fellow at the Ecologic Institute for International and European Environmental Policy in Berlin where she drafted environmental and agricultural policy papers and prepared presentations on renewable energy.

Hannah was a Summer Associate at Mintz Levin in 2011. During law school, Hannah served as Senior Articles Editor for the Environmental Affairs Law Review and was very active in the Environmental Law Society. She also interned at the Massachusetts Department of Energy Resources. Her work there included drafting memoranda on renewable energy regulations.
