Heidi is co-chair of the Mintz Levin Insurance, Reinsurance, Investigations & Risk Management practice and a member of the firm’s Policy Committee. She is qualified in the US and England, and spent a six-month secondment at the Financial Services Authority in London. Prior to practicing law, she spent nine years in insurance claims, sales, and underwriting and earned the Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation.

Heidi is recognized by Chambers USA, is frequently quoted in the Wall Street Journal, Financial Times, Bloomberg, and other business media, and lectures about risk management at Boston University.
