Jinhee is a Patent Agent in the Intellectual Property practice. She has extensive experience in molecular, cellular, and developmental biology as well as biomedical research having worked as a research scientist at numerous institutes and centers.

Prior to joining Mintz Levin, Jinhee worked as a patent agent at one of America’s leading law firms. Her responsibilities included the prosecution of domestic and international patent applications; patent validity search and investigation; drafting new patent applications based on understanding and identifying patentable features, invention disclosures, and relevant prior art; and analyzing search results and formulating search strategies to evaluate the possibility of freedom to operate.
