Kathy’s experience includes defending clients before the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination, advising clients on a wide range of employment issues, and providing pro bono representation to individuals at unemployment insurance benefits hearings.

She has also served as a legal intern to the Juvenile Rights Advocacy Project, representing indigent clients committed to the Massachusetts Department of Youth Services in civil and criminal matters. Prior to joining Mintz Levin, Kathy was a labor and employment associate at another Boston-based law firm, where she counseled employers on personnel issues and represented clients in labor and employment-related litigation. During law school, she was a staff writer for the Third World Law Journal.
