Lydia represents trade associations in a variety of antitrust and regulatory matters. She advises clients on antitrust monitoring and counseling, contract drafting and document review, and regulatory analysis. Lydia also represents companies in a variety of consumer product safety regulatory and compliance matters.

Previously Lydia was an Assistant Attorney General for the Consumer Protection and Antitrust section of the South Carolina Office of the Attorney General. There, she handled complex state enforcement matters including civil litigation and investigation. Her responsibilities included advising outside counsel, reviewing case documents, and formulating case strategy.

Lydia brings significant technology and e-discovery experience to the firm's Antitrust and Federal Regulatory Practice. Prior to joining Mintz Levin, Lydia served as a Litigation Technology Case Manager for the Tax Division of the US Department of Justice. In that capacity, she provided e-discovery consultation and project management for the division’s larger civil and criminal cases.

Prior to law school, Lydia served in the US Air Force for five years and worked in corporate training at Edward Jones headquarters. After earning her law degree, Lydia attended the Georgetown Law Center’s eDiscovery Training Academy.
