Lyzzette represents clients in a variety of complex civil and commercial disputes in courts, mediations and arbitrations. She has experience in matters involving product liability, government investigations relating to health care entities, bank lien foreclosures, and direct selling company actions. In addition, Lyzzette has defended clients in a number of professional negligence actions before administrative agencies and licensing boards. She has significant interest in legal and regulatory developments that impact the food and consumer products industry.

Prior to joining Mintz, Lyzzette advised pharmacies, pharmacists, and other health care providers on licensure, regulatory, and business issues.

Lyzzette is committed to professional and community involvement and has held positions as a board member on the boards of several organizations across the country, including in Arizona, California and New York. In addition, Lyzzette has an active pro bono practice where she routinely represents indigent clients and local non-profit organizations.

Lyzzette served as a judicial clerk for the Hon. Donn G. Kessler, Arizona Court of Appeals, and, earlier in her career, as a legislative aide in the Massachusetts House of Representatives.

Lyzzette was a project analyst at Mintz Levin from 2002 through 2004, and worked as a summer associate at the firm in 2006.
