Mallory focuses her practice on complex insurance and reinsurance disputes. She regularly deals with complex coverage issues arising under general liability, directors and officers, professional liability, and cyber policies.

On the regulatory and transactional side, she counsels a wide array of clients including insureds, insurers, and insurtech startups and investors. She offers guidance with respect to licensing, regulatory compliance, and product innovation. In addition, Mallory assists clients in the drafting of policy language and on various risk management-related projects. 

She has also advised clients involved in construction, product liability, and toxic tort litigation and in reinsurance disputes before arbitration panels.

Prior to joining the firm, Mallory was an associate at another Boston-area law firm. Before she earned her law degree, she was a consultant at Marsh Risk Consulting, where she worked with clients and their insurers to negotiate resolutions of complex coverage disputes across the nation and advised clients on the intricacies of their insurance programs. Mallory also worked for several years as an account executive for Travelers Insurance managing toxic tort and environmental claims.
