Mark focuses his practice on corporate law matters.

Before joining Mintz Levin, Mark was a law clerk to the Honorable Francis X. Spina at the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court. Prior to this, he was an assistant attorney general in the Division of Open Government in the Massachusetts Office of the Attorney General, where he enforced the state government’s transparency law as well as defended administrative decisions of state agencies on appeal. Mark has also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Joseph A. Grasso Jr. in the Massachusetts Appeals Court.

During law school, Mark was a consultant for the Manomet Center for Conservation Sciences, where he created a legal resource for communities on wind energy regulations. He also interned with Nasdaq OMX BX, the Office of General Counsel at the Massachusetts Department of Mental Health, and the Honorable Timothy S. Hillman at the US District Court for the District of Massachusetts. Mark also was a certified student prosecutor with the Middlesex District Attorney’s Office. At school, Mark served as note editor and staff member for Suffolk University Law Review and was president of the Suffolk Law Rugby Football Club. 

As an undergraduate, Mark was on Harvard’s varsity football team, where his teammates selected him to receive the Henry N. Lamar Football Award, given to that senior who, through dedication to the program and concern for his fellow man, has made a unique contribution to the team.  

For four years, Mark was a licensed captain for Boston Harbor Cruises.
