Nichole’s legal experience includes work as a Mintz Levin 2014 Summer Associate and as Rule 3:03 certified student prosecutor at the Dorchester District Attorney's office. Nichole also worked as a judicial intern for the Honorable Kenneth A. Karas of the Southern District of New York. Additionally, Nichole has done extensive pro bono work, including successfully petitioning for immigration status on behalf of a victim of human trafficking. Nichole also served as an editor of the Public Interest Law Journal at Boston University. 

Prior to law school, Nichole worked in the Criminal Division of the United States Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York for three years. As a paralegal specialist, she worked directly with Assistant US Attorneys and gained extensive trial and hearing experience. Nichole participated in all aspects of federal criminal trial preparation, including consulting with attorneys and case agents on issues of trial strategy, presentation, and sufficiency of evidence as well as researching and editing legal memoranda, briefs, proposed voir dire questions, and jury questionnaires.
