Nicole concentrates on consumer product law, product liability, and civil litigation matters. Prior to joining Mintz Levin, she was an associate at the Los Angeles office of a large, multinational law firm, where she handled breaches of warranty claims, product liability matters, and discrimination claims. Her experience also includes environmental law, researching claims in connection to the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) and supporting a prominent shipping business as part of an environmental concern. Her litigation experience includes preparing witnesses, conducting and defending depositions, and assisting in all aspects of trial.


Nicole was a law clerk for the Honorable M. Hannah Lauck of the Eastern District Court of Virginia, as well as for the Tax Division of the US Attorney’s Office in Los Angeles and the Correctional Writs & Appeals Section of the Attorney General’s office in San Francisco. She also worked as a Post-Graduation Fellowship Recipient with the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office in the Hardcore Gang Unit. 


While in law school, Nicole was a member of the William and Mary Journal of Women and the Law.
