Richard’s practice encompasses intellectual property, complex commercial, insurance coverage, and product liability litigation. Richard has particular experience litigating and arbitrating disputes concerning Hatch-Waxman Act patent infringement, commercial decision-making, and safety for pharmaceutical products.

Richard is an active contributor to Mintz’s pro bono program and has assisted clients in cases relating to immigration and civil rights.

In law school, Richard was a contributing editor on the Michigan Law Review
