Mintz Ranked Among Most Active and Best Performing ITC Firms by Patexia

BOSTON- Mintz has once again been recognized as one of the most active and high-performing International Trade Commission (ITC) law firms in the Patexia 2024 ITC Intelligence Report. 

The report, which provides a comprehensive overview of the best performing and most active ITC Section 337 attorneys and law firms, also named several of Mintz’s intellectual property practitioners among the most active and best performing in the country.

Patexia's ITC Intelligence Report covers the period between January 1, 2018, and December 31, 2023, encompassing a total of 396 investigations.

The annual report listed Mintz as the No. 6 most active law firm representing complainants, the No. 6 best performing law firm representing complainants and the No. 19 most active firm overall representing respondents or complainants.
