Liam counsels clients on a wide range of commercial real estate transactions and real estate financings across the United States. Working bicoastal across major markets, he represents institutional lenders, real estate funds, private equity funds, and other investors in sophisticated real estate financings, acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, and sale-leaseback transactions. His experience spans all asset classes representing investors in complex commercial real estate acquisitions, developments, dispositions, joint ventures, financings, intercreditor issues, mezzanine loan foreclosures, CMBS, and special servicing issues.

Liam collaborates closely with clients to structure complex real estate deals that advance their business objectives. He manages deal teams and drafts and negotiates partnership agreements, operating agreements, loan documents, construction contracts, and other transactional agreements.

Before joining Mintz, Liam practiced at two international law firms, advising on complex commercial real estate matters.
