Mintz advised Quorum Cyber, a Microsoft-focused cybersecurity services provider, on its proposed acquisition of Ontinue, a managed extended detection and response (MXDR) provider.

The proposed transaction would bring together Quorum Cyber and Ontinue's complementary strengths in managed detection and response, cyber resilience, incident response, and AI-first security operations. Following closing, the combined company is expected to deliver a broader, full-lifecycle approach to cyber resilience and secure AI adoption.
