Mintz Represents Seventh Generation, Inc. in Sale to Unilever

Attorneys from Mintz, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C.  represented Seventh Generation, Inc. in its recent sale to Unilever.

Based in Vermont, Seventh Generation is a pioneer in corporate responsibility and sustainable product innovations, including plant-based detergents and household cleaners. The company has a comprehensive household cleaning and baby care product portfolio and a distribution network including grocery, natural foods, mass merchandise and e-commerce channels.
