Elizabeth’s practice focuses on health law. She advises health care providers, health insurance plans, PBMs, pharmacies, and life sciences companies on transactional, regulatory, and compliance matters. She also regularly handles due diligence for health care transactions and drafts contracts for PBMs and other health care sector clients.
Prior to joining Mintz, Elizabeth was an associate in the corporate health care practice of a New York law firm, where she advised health care clients on business, regulatory, and transactional matters.
While earning her JD from Seton Hall University School of Law, Elizabeth served as DEI editor of the Seton Hall Law Review and president of the Women’s Law Forum. She also interned at the New York Legal Assistance Group’s LegalHealth program, the New York State Attorney General’s Office in the Health Care Bureau, and the US District Court for the District of New Jersey. Upon graduating, she received the Excellence in Health Law Award, Women’s Leadership Award, and the Center for Social Justice Award for Outstanding Contribution to the Health Law Clinic.
