Mr. Maline brings a deep understanding of alternative financing techniques, such as confidentially marketed public offerings (CMPOs), bought deals, registered direct offerings (RDs), private investments in public equity (PIPEs), special purpose acquisition companies (SPACs), and at-the-market offerings (ATMs).
