Gabe’s practice focuses on complex commercial disputes, class action defense, and post-closing and deal-related litigation. He has been a lead team member and strategist on numerous cases where Mintz secured favorable outcomes for clients in high-stakes matters, including winning cases at the motion to dismiss stage and at summary judgment and obtaining other favorable pre-trial resolutions.
Prior to entering private practice, Gabe clerked for the Honorable Eric L. Clay of the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, and for the Honorable Kim R. Gibson of the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. During law school, Gabe served as an articles editor for the Chicago Journal of International Law. He was also a student attorney in the University of Chicago Law School’s Exoneration Project Clinic.

- Represented a major real estate developer in a dispute with a former business partner; filed first and brought claims against the former partner and later defeated nearly all fraud claims at summary judgment, with the client’s claims surviving summary judgment
