Sebastian represents both publicly and privately held companies on a variety of issues, including angel and venture capital financing, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and correspondence and filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission. He is a key contributor to MintzEdge, an online resource for entrepreneurs that includes useful tools and information for starting and growing a company. Sebastian also has experience advising private equity and hedge funds on formation and investment matters.

While attending law school, he worked at the California Court of Appeals, Fourth District Division One for the Honorable Justice Patricia D. Benk, and at the US District Court Southern District of California for the Honorable Judge Lousia S. Porte. In both positions he was a judicial extern, drafting orders granting summary judgment and motions to dismiss in administrative law and criminal cases.

In law school, Sebastian was the comments editor for the San Diego Law Review.
