The Equity Advisory Council, a subcommittee of the firm's Policy Committee, leads efforts to enhance legal, equal opportunity, diversity and inclusion for all in the legal profession. The mission of the Equity Advisory Council is to drive opportunities for all to rise to the highest levels of the firm by focusing on business development, diverse pipelines for firm leadership positions, strategic external partnerships and other issues that influence the success of attorneys at the firm, regardless of race, gender, or background.
