Philip Iovieno, Co-chair of Antitrust: a nationally recognized commercial litigator and antitrust attorney with extensive first-chair trial experience. He has led major multidistrict opt‑out cases, complex antitrust disputes, and significant commercial matters for Fortune 500 companies.
Nicholas Gravante, Jr., Member: a prominent commercial litigator known for resolving sensitive, high‑stakes disputes and for his extensive work before federal and state governmental agencies, where he has negotiated numerous non‑prosecution agreements on behalf of companies and senior executives.
Sean O’Shea, Member: a seasoned first-chair trial lawyer and former federal prosecutor in the Eastern District of New York, where he served as Chief of the Business & Securities Fraud Section. He has tried nearly 100 cases to verdict in federal and state courts and has also handled numerous arbitrations and administrative proceedings. Sean is widely recognized for his skill in cross‑examination and complex trial strategy.
Michael Petrella, Member: focuses on complex commercial litigation and has deep experience in securities, antitrust, intellectual property, civil RICO, and other complex business disputes. He regularly litigates in state and federal courts and has substantial experience before the Delaware Court of Chancery, handling governance and M&A matters, shareholder disputes, and leveraged‑buyout litigation.
Matthew Karlan, Member: represents clients in significant securities, M&A, corporate governance, antitrust, RICO, and bankruptcy‑related disputes. He has trial experience in federal and state courts and has handled notable matters in the Southern District of New York and the Delaware Court of Chancery.
