White Collar Defense, Government Investigations & Enforcement

Grand Jury

Starting with the initial subpoena, we help you develop an aggressive and creative strategy to avoid indictment. Our white collar defense attorneys are highly experienced in conducting internal investigations, managing document production, and preparing targets, subjects, and witnesses for grand jury appearances. By vigorously defending against allegations from the outset, we often succeed in convincing prosecutors not to proceed criminally against our clients, or to otherwise resolve matters short of indictment.
